NTC11 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and NTC11 ("NTC11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services accessible via ntc11.asia and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

NTC11 operates under international licensing and provides online casino gaming, live dealer games, sports betting, and related entertainment services. The platform is designed to serve players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions, with full Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) support and locally relevant payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

By accessing the NTC11 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service — you affirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms as a condition of use;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement; and
• You are acting in compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register an Account with NTC11 and access any paid services, a person must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout their use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. NTC11 applies a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using any paid service on the Platform.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing the Platform.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
5. Personal Use: You must be registering and using the Account on your own behalf. You may not register on behalf of, or for the use of, any other person, corporation, or entity.
6. Not a Self-Excluded Player: You must not have previously applied for and still be subject to a valid self-exclusion order on this Platform or any affiliated platforms.

All information provided during the Account registration process must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. NTC11 relies on the accuracy of this information to comply with its licensing obligations, KYC requirements, and to process financial transactions correctly.

Players are required to:

• Provide their legal full name, as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document (Malaysian IC, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Provide an accurate date of birth and residential address;
• Provide a valid and exclusively owned email address and contact number;
• Create a secure password of sufficient complexity for their Account.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. NTC11 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their login details.

In the event that a Player discovers or suspects that their Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify NTC11 support immediately via the in-platform live chat or by email at [email protected].

Access to and use of the NTC11 Platform is granted on a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive basis solely for lawful entertainment purposes. By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform exclusively for your own personal recreational and entertainment purposes;
• You will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a business that generates revenue from gambling activity on this Platform;
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to access or interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted;
• You will not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or any activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security measure, access control, or technical restriction of the Platform;
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.

NTC11 reserves the right to monitor all Platform activity for compliance with these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, where a breach is identified or suspected.

NTC11 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, 7-Eleven CLiQ, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20, and Litecoin). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallet methods and cryptocurrency deposits, and RM 50 for bank transfers. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• The Player must have met all applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus;
• The withdrawal must not exceed the daily or monthly withdrawal limits applicable to the Player's account tier;
• The withdrawal method must match the payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible;
• The Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or disputes.

Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals process within 15–45 minutes subject to network confirmation. These are estimates and may vary during peak periods or pending compliance review.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account owned by and registered in the name of the NTC11 Account holder. NTC11 will reject deposits from third-party payment sources. Players must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. NTC11 reserves the right to conduct source of funds checks in line with its AML obligations.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by NTC11 are subject to these Terms and the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

Bonus funds and, where applicable, winnings derived from bonus funds, are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the respective promotional terms. Players must complete the wagering requirement using real-money bets within the timeframe specified in the promotion.

Bonuses are available to eligible, verified accounts and are limited to one bonus per promotion per Player unless otherwise stated. NTC11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have applied for self-exclusion or who are under any account restriction are not eligible to receive bonus offers.

NTC11 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, or systematic exploitation of wagering-free promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, NTC11 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold winnings, and suspend the Account.

All RNG-based casino games on the NTC11 Platform use independently tested random number generators to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run figures based on independent testing and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

Live dealer games are operated by third-party game providers and streamed in real-time. Outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under the supervision of the game provider. NTC11 is not responsible for technical interruptions caused by the third-party provider, though we will endeavour to resolve any resulting disputes in a fair manner.

All sports bets are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. NTC11 offers betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international sports and events. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, the odds at that time are binding.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or settled bet, the Player must submit a formal complaint within 30 days of the disputed event. NTC11 will review the complaint using available logs and game records. The decision of NTC11's compliance team, following review, shall be final and binding.

In the event of a system malfunction, network error, or any technical fault that affects the integrity of a game or bet, NTC11 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. Any funds deducted in connection with a voided transaction will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the NTC11 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds obtained through illegal activity;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or tournaments;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing in any sport covered by NTC11's betting markets;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging access to the Platform by a person under the age of 21;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise reproduce any element of the Platform's software or content.

NTC11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to cap the amount they can deposit within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders to be notified when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the Player will be unable to access the Platform or claim any promotions;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications to remind Players how long they have been playing and how much has been wagered in the current session;
• Account Closure: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting support.

All intellectual property rights in and to the NTC11 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, and written materials — are owned by or licensed to NTC11. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform's intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes described in these Terms. This licence may be revoked at any time by NTC11 in the event of a breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NTC11, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any loss resulting from gambling outcomes, including but not limited to losing bets, failed jackpots, or unfavourable game results;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service;
• Any technical faults, errors, delays, or losses not directly caused by NTC11's gross negligence.

NTC11's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account balance at the time the relevant incident occurred.

You use the Platform at your own risk. NTC11 does not warrant that the Platform will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient security measures on the devices you use to access the Platform.

NTC11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or illegal activity; bonus abuse; identity fraud; failure to complete KYC verification; or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the Platform or other Players.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting NTC11's support team via in-platform live chat or by email. Upon closure, any outstanding Player Funds (less any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Upon account closure or permanent suspension, the Player's right to access the Platform is terminated. If the closure is initiated by NTC11 due to a Player's breach of these Terms, NTC11 may, at its discretion, withhold any funds pending investigation and take legal action where warranted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NTC11 holds its international operating licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent NTC11 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

NTC11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, NTC11 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent Platform notification. Such notice will be provided at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where the change is required by law or addresses an urgent security concern, in which case immediate effect may apply.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
